Questions

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. The code is in a GitHub repository, an app's data in its own database. If you leave, you take both with you, with no exit fee.

How long does a project take?

Days for a website once we have the content, a few weeks for an app. The date comes with the quote.

Do prices include VAT?

No, they exclude it. Your country's VAT is added at payment; an EU business with a valid VAT number is invoiced without it (reverse charge).

Do you back up my site?

Yes, every night, in a second data centre. If something is lost, we restore it.

Do you guarantee uptime?

No, and we would rather say so. We check your site every 5 minutes, tell you when it is down and fix it, but we do not promise a percentage.

Which sites can you host?

Modern sites and apps: static sites, React and Vite apps, Next.js and Node. Not WordPress or PHP. Not sure? Send us the address.

What if my site goes down?

You get an email, so do we, and we start looking straight away. A second email tells you when it is back and how long it was down.
