- An uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. Your site runs on our server in France; we check it every 5 minutes, tell you when it is down and fix it, but we do not promise a percentage.
- Round-the-clock or phone support. Help is by email and from your account, from a person.
- Anything "unlimited". Each plan covers one website.
- Changes beyond the time your plan includes, new pages and redesigns. Extra time is €60 an hour, quoted before any work starts.
- WordPress or other PHP sites. We host modern sites and apps: static sites, React and Vite apps, Next.js and Node.
