Terms of service
Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms govern the Heberlis website and our hosting, domain registration and business email services. They are written to be read.
1. Who we are
Heberlis is a trading name of Servolia LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, of 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us").
2. Who our services are for
Our services are for businesses and professionals, for the purposes of their business.
3. The plans
What each plan includes is what our Pricing page describes when you choose it; that description forms part of these terms. Prices are in euros. The same page says what is not included: in particular any uptime guarantee, round-the-clock support, and changes beyond the time a plan includes, which are quoted separately.
4. Ordering and payment
An order is placed online from your client account, or agreed in writing with us. Plans are paid in advance, yearly or monthly, by card through Stripe. A setup fee, where there is one, is on the first invoice. Nothing is set up until the payment is confirmed.
If a payment fails, we tell you by email and the service carries on for 14 days. Still unpaid after that, it is paused; nothing is deleted, and everything comes back once it is paid.
5. Renewal and prices
A plan renews for the same period until it is cancelled. Prices do not change mid-term: a change only applies from a renewal, and you are told before it does.
A domain is billed per year. Its renewal price is never lower than the year before. If the registry raises its own price, we email you the new price at least 30 days before we charge it, and we never charge more than the price that email announced.
6. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time, by email. Service continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no exit fee.
7. Domains
A domain ordered through us is registered by Servolia LLC on your behalf, through Vercel's registrar, with contact details masked where the registry allows. It is yours: on request we transfer it to a registrar account you name. Registry and ICANN rules apply, including the rule that a domain cannot move to another registrar for 60 days after it is registered.
8. Business email
Mailboxes are provided through Zoho Mail. Storage and sending limits are those of the Zoho plan used. What you send is your responsibility, and our acceptable use policy applies.
9. Your responsibilities
The content you publish and the email you send are yours: they must be lawful and follow our acceptable use policy. We back up the sites and apps we host every night; still keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose.
10. Suspension
We may suspend a service that breaches our acceptable use policy. Except in an emergency (malware, phishing, a legal order), we tell you first and give you time to put it right.
11. Availability
We do not guarantee any level of uptime. Your sites run on our server in France, app databases on Supabase, mailboxes on Zoho, and domains depend on their registries: those providers' outages are outside our control. When something breaks on our side, we fix it as soon as reasonably possible.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to what you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses (lost revenue, data or goodwill). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. When the service ends
When the service ends, the site is taken offline. Ask before the end date and we hand over what you need to move it, and transfer the domain if you want it.
14. Changes to these terms
We publish any change on this page. For an existing client, a change applies from their next renewal, and we tell them by email.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory protections of the country where you are established.
