We move your website from your current host, transfer your domain, import your mailboxes and prepare the DNS before the switch, so nothing goes down. €349 once, with a hosting plan.
What we move
Everything that keeps your business online.
From GoDaddy, Hostinger, OVH, IONOS, email bought through Wix, and most other hosts. Whatever cannot move, we say so before you pay.
Your website
We copy it from your current host and put it live on ours, checked on a temporary address before anything is switched. Static sites and modern frameworks such as Next.js move as they are.
Your domain
We transfer the registration to us with the transfer code your current registrar gives you. From then on we renew it and look after its DNS, at our yearly domain price, the same every year.
Your mailboxes
We import your existing mail and folders into Zoho mailboxes on the same addresses, up to 5 mailboxes; a larger team is quoted first. Email comes with the Business plan: one mailbox included, then €4 a month each.
Your DNS
We rebuild every record you use (the site, email, verification records for Google or Microsoft) on our side before the switch, so the change is one step and nothing goes dark.
From you
What you send us
- 1Access to your current host: a login, or a copy of your site's files or its code repository.
- 2The domain's transfer code (also called auth or EPP code), with the domain unlocked at your registrar.
- 3For each mailbox to import: its address and password. Send them through the Support tab of your client account, never by plain email, and change the passwords once the move is done.
- 4A date that suits you for the switch.
How it goes
One date, then nothing to do
Day 1
You order and send the access. Within two working days we reply with what we found and propose a date.
Before the date
We copy the site, prepare the DNS and import the mail while your current setup keeps running untouched.
On the date
We switch. Most visitors and mail follow within an hour; some networks take up to 48 hours. Your old mailboxes stay open meanwhile, and we check them once more for anything that arrived during the change.
The week after
The domain transfer completes at the registry, usually within 5 to 7 days. The site and email keep working throughout, because the records were already moved.

What does not move as it is
Better said before you order than after.
- Sites made with a site builderWix and Squarespace do not let a site be exported as code. We can rebuild the site, quoted separately before any work starts, or you keep it where it is and we move the domain and email.
- WordPress and other PHP sitesWe do not host them. We can rebuild the site as a modern one, quoted first.
- A domain registered or moved in the last 60 daysICANN does not allow it to change registrar yet. We move the site and email now, and the domain once the 60 days are over.
- Some country endingsEndings we do not sell online (such as .fr, .uk, .co.uk, .org.uk) have their own transfer rules: ask us before ordering.
- Databases, server apps, contacts and calendarsTell us what you use and we say plainly what can move. The import covers mail and folders.
