- Type your address on the sign-in page and we email you a link. It works once, and for 15 minutes.
- Opening the link shows a page with a button: you sign in by pressing it. Mail security scanners open links on their own, and this way they cannot use yours up.
- If you asked more than once, any of the latest links works; using one cancels the others.
- For your privacy, the sign-in page answers the same whether or not an address has an account, so it cannot be used to find out who our clients are.
A password, if you prefer
Once signed in, you can set a password in Overview, under "Sign-in and security" (at least 12 characters). Emailed links keep working too. Setting it needs a recent sign-in, for your safety.
The link did not arrive
- Check your spam or promotions folder, and that the address was typed correctly.
- Wait a minute before asking again: requests are limited per address to stop abuse.
- Still nothing: write to us through the contact form and we send you a sign-in link by hand.
You stay signed in on the same device for up to 14 days of use. Changing your password signs you out everywhere.
