- Sign in, open Overview, and under "Sign-in and security" choose "Delete my account…".
- Confirm it is you: deleting needs a sign-in from the last 10 minutes (a fresh emailed link, or your password).
- Settle each domain we hold for you: take its transfer code to move it elsewhere, or release it (it then stops renewing and lapses on its expiry date).
- Type your account's email address to confirm. A confirmation email follows.
What happens
- Services
- Your plan and any add-ons are cancelled straight away and nothing more is charged. Time left on the current period is not refunded; write to us first if you think you are owed something.
- Website
- We take it offline.
- Mailboxes
- Deleted with the account, messages included. Export what you want to keep first: any mail app connected over IMAP can copy it.
- Invoices
- Kept for as long as tax law requires. Everything else about you is erased.
