Before you start
IMAP access must be switched on for your mailbox. In Zoho Mail on the web (mail.zoho.eu): Settings, then Mail Accounts, choose your address, tick "IMAP Access" and save. If you are not sure, ask us from the Support tab.
If two-factor authentication is on for your Zoho account, your app will refuse your normal password: create an application-specific password in Zoho's security settings and use that instead.
In Outlook
- Open Outlook and choose Add account (in classic Outlook for Windows: File, then Add Account).
- Enter your full email address. If Outlook offers advanced options, choose to set up the account manually.
- When asked for the account type, choose IMAP.
- Enter the incoming and outgoing servers and ports from the table below, then your password.
- Finish, then send yourself a test message.
