Before you start
IMAP access must be switched on for your mailbox. In Zoho Mail on the web (mail.zoho.eu): Settings, then Mail Accounts, choose your address, tick "IMAP Access" and save. If you are not sure, ask us from the Support tab.
If two-factor authentication is on for your Zoho account, your app will refuse your normal password: create an application-specific password in Zoho's security settings and use that instead.
In Apple Mail
- Open Settings, then Mail, then Accounts (on recent iOS versions: Settings, then Apps, then Mail, then Mail Accounts).
- Tap Add Account, then Other, then Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, your full email address, your password and a description, then tap Next.
- Choose IMAP at the top, and fill in the incoming and outgoing servers from the table below. Use your full address as the user name in both.
- Tap Next. The iPhone checks the account; leave Mail switched on and tap Save.
