Before you start
IMAP access must be switched on for your mailbox. In Zoho Mail on the web (mail.zoho.eu): Settings, then Mail Accounts, choose your address, tick "IMAP Access" and save. If you are not sure, ask us from the Support tab.
If two-factor authentication is on for your Zoho account, your app will refuse your normal password: create an application-specific password in Zoho's security settings and use that instead.
In the Gmail app (Android, iPhone, iPad)
- Tap your profile picture, then Add another account.
- Choose Other, and enter your full email address.
- If asked, choose Personal (IMAP) and manual setup.
- Enter your password, then the incoming and outgoing servers from the table below, with your full address as the user name.

Gmail on a computer
Google is withdrawing "Check mail from other accounts" (fetching by POP) from Gmail on the web: no new users after the first quarter of 2026, and existing users until January 2027. To see your business mail in Gmail on a computer, ask us to forward your mailbox to your Gmail address, or read it at Zoho Mail on the web. The Gmail app keeps working with your mailbox, because it connects with IMAP.
